The Position

An experienced Commercial Recruitment Manager is required to take over the running of this very successful branch.

Dealing predominantly with Commercial Perm placements you will be responsible for managing a small and very successful team and ensuring the continuing development of the branch.

The Branch is currently ahead of budget and therefore the potential to earn bonus is immediate!!

You will be responsible for the day to day running of the branch, developing business and mentoring and coaching the Consultants.

The Successful Candidate

Ideally a Branch Manager within the Commercial sector.

You MUST have experience of managing the permanent recruitment process

The successful candidate must be experienced at leading a team and understand the fundamentals of recruitment branch management.  The position would suit an experienced Branch Manager who is seeking an exciting new challenge or an Acting Team Manager/Senior Consultant who is looking for the next step in their career.  The successful candidate must definitely possess enthusiasm, drive and passion for what they do, as well as being highly organised, able to problems solve and build positive working relationships with clients and candidates throughout  the region.
