A well established and well recognised recruitment organisation that possesses a strong and enviable brand within the health and social care market.

They work with charitable organisations, the NHS and also private sector organisations to deliver quality recruitment solutions in a highly competitive market.  Through 2010 they will experience substantial growth and because of this a very strategic and operational Branch Manager is required due to internal promotion.

The Position

Reporting into the Managing Director and working closely with Senior Managers across the business, you will be responsible for driving sales, ensuring budgets are achieved, motivating team members to perform, providing advice and guidance where necessary.  This is a position where National Framework Contract is at the heart of the business, although continuous new business development is a fundamental, along with candidate attraction campaigns and an open minded approach to day to day activities. 

The Team is a well established team who are on budget and the branch is performing very well.

The Successful Candidate

Ideally have experience as a Branch Manager and within the Social Care sector.  Knowledge of Qualified Social Work on a temporary and permanent basis would be preferred.

Other recruitment sector backgrounds such as Healthcare, Doctors, Medical would be considered.

You will have an excellent track record as a Branch Manager and be able to demonstrate previous success.

A Senior Consultant looking for the next step will also be considered.

Must have a current full UK driving license
