The Job

Reporting directly to the Managing Director the Recruitment Manager will be responsible for leading and developing an established team who are responsible for their own vertical markets, as well attending client visits to maintain and win new business. The Recruitment Manager must also contribute to monthly revenue through candidate placements and work closely with colleagues to deliver financial results and achieve overall business objectives.

The Person

Must possess extensive experience of working within permanent technical, engineering or FMCG focused recruitment environments, be able to performance manage as well as coach, develop and train to enhance individual Consultant results. A proven track record of personal billing is also essential, together with a passion for recruitment and understanding of how to succeed. The successful candidate must also possess excellent communication skills, a team focused approach and tenacious nature as this role offers a huge opportunity to develop one careers, whether you are seeking a new challenge or looking to take the next step in your Recruitment Career.
