In the last 3 years they have achieved significant organic growth within a highly competitive market, primarily through a creative approach to recruitment solutions and the calibre of people they employ.

The Position

Reporting into the Senior Operations Manager the Branch Manager will be responsible developing the London team.  The position requires a strong recruitment professional who understands the fundamentals of temporary recruitment to lead a small but performing team.  Strong sales, negotiation and leadership skills are pivotal to the role, as is responsibility for staff coaching and development. The position offers a unique opportunity to expand a team, adding value and ideas to a business that has ambitious plans for the future.

The Successful Candidate

Will possess and provide a proven track record of achievement within the recruitment sector and be experienced in leading a team.  The position would suit an experienced Branch Manager from an alternative recruitment sector who is seeking a new challenge or an experienced Team Leader looking to take the next step in their career.  The successful candidate must possess enthusiasm, drive and passion for what they do, as well as being highly organised, able to problem solve and adapt to change within a constantly evolving environment.

 

Branch opens from 7.30am to 5.30pm during term time with a shift system to ensure all business opportunities are seized, hours reduce during school holidays and 6 weeks leave is given, not to be taken in term time.
