The Company

A privately owned health & care recruitment company with specialist offices located across the Yorkshire and East Midlands region.  A PASA approved agency currently entering a period of expansion achieving success through their professional and bespoke service to mainly public sector clients.  As part of an ambitious and exciting long term plans, the company is entering a period of expansion and is currently seeking a Branch Manager to start up their Leeds office.

The Position

Reporting into the Managing Director you will be responsible for opening the Leeds office, business developing, running a desk and promoting the company brand across the region. Always mindful of their quality focus and professional partnership approach. Once business development is underway and revenue generated a team of 4 Consultants will be recruited.  You will also have responsibility for P&L, Business Development, marketing, candidate attraction, client visits and team management – this is a fantastic opportunity for you to really make your mark.

The Successful Candidate

Will ideally possess experience of healthcare recruitment and the NHS although experience in the supply temporary of non healthcare candidates via the PASA national framework  would also be considered.  A proven track record of business development and team management is also essential able to adapt and utilise resources to ensure the business plan is achieved.  Excellent communication, organisational and business skills are also vital to this pivotal new role and in return you will receive a highly competitive salary, commission and equity to ensure you are rewarded for your hard work and the results you achieve.
