The Company

The Position

Reporting into the Operations Director you will be operationally and financially accountable for the branch with responsibility for the following:

• Performance manage, lead and support a team of Recruitment Consultants
• Help develop and manage a full business plan to drive branch performance
• Identify, contact and win new business, attending client visits, contributing to tender completion and giving presentations.
• Manage the full recruitment process from candidate attraction to registration and file completion.
• Ensure branch adherence and understanding of company policies, CQC, NMC guidelines and national legislation.
• To ensure positive and consistent communication across the team, championing best practices, company values and the ethos of the business.

The Successful Candidate

Will ideally possess a sound understanding of healthcare recruitment and be experienced at leading a team however, a proven team manager from another recruitment sector who has successfully nurtured a team should also apply. Overall the ability to communicate, inspire and believe in the opportunities available within Health & Care are vital characteristics for the successful candidate to bring to the role.
