The Position

Reporting to the General Manager the Team Manager will be part of a successful branch based in the Norwich area.  The position requires a strong recruitment professional who understands the fundamentals of temporary recruitment to lead an experienced and committed team.  Strong sales, negotiation and leadership skills are pivotal to the role, as is responsibility for staff coaching/development and branch compliance. The position offers an exciting opportunity to really develop the social care market within a geographical area, driving new business, managing candidate attraction campaigns, as well as maintaining established and valuable accounts.

The Successful Candidate

Will possess and provide a proven track record of achievement within the recruitment sector and either be experienced in leading a team or understand the fundamentals of team management.  The position would suit an experienced social care consultant who is seeking an exciting next step in their career or an experienced recruitment manager who is seeking a fresh challenge. The successful candidate must possess enthusiasm, drive and passion for what they do, as well as being highly organised, able to problem and understand the responsibilities involved with full operational branch management
