The Position

Responsible for representing a leading healthcare organisation the Branch Manager is responsible for managing the Domiciliary Care business within the Nottinghamshire area.  Working predominately with local councils, the Branch Manager must drive business forward through effective team management, financial planning, client development and service delivery to contracted clients.

The Successful Candidate

Would ideally possess a proven track record of achievement within health, social or domiciliary care recruitment. The successful candidate must be experienced at leading a team as well as possess either knowledge of CQC or Domiciliary Care standards.  The position would suit an experienced Care Manager who is seeking an exciting new challenge or an Acting Team Manager/Team Leader who is looking for the next step in their career.  The successful candidate must definitely possess a genuine interest within the domiciliary care sector and understand the work involved with running a branch. Drive and passion for what you do is also essential, as well as being highly organised, able to problems solve and build positive working relationships with clients and candidates throughout the region.
