An established, well branded nursing recruitment agency that delivers regional recruitment solutions to public and private sector clients throughout the UK.  This organisation is undergoing a period of reinvention, to drive new business and strategically expand.

The Position

Operationally responsible for the locum nursing business within Greater Manchester area, main responsibilities of the Branch Manager include:

 

  • Recruiting, developing and performance managing a team of Recruitment Consultants and Co-ordinators to deliver company objectives and financial targets.
  • Responsible for personal and team financial budget
  • Leading by example, driving new business, renewing client relationship and sustaining existing contracts.
  • Recruitment, selection, attraction and distribution of nursing staff through out the team.
  • To ensure the business is fully compliant with all PASA requirements as well as adhering to all relevant recruitment procedures, ensuring best practice across the team.
  • To ensure positive and consistent communication across the team, championing best practices, company values and the ethos of the business.

The Successful Candidate

Will ideally possess a proven track record of achievement within Healthcare Recruitment, although experience of leading a team within an alternative compliance focused sector would also be considered, as knowledge of PASA and associated legislation is fundamental to this role.  Overall the ability to communicate, inspire and believe in the opportunities available within Healthcare are vital characteristics for the successful candidate to bring to the role.
