Branch Manager Job, Social Care - North West, £25-30K (Ref: Rec2Rec18Birk)

The Job

Responsible for representing a national social care organisation the Branch Manager is responsible for managing a team of 5 Care Co-ordinators who supply care and domiciliary workers to contracted clients throughout the North West region. Working with an established client base the Branch Manager must drive business forward through effective team management, financial planning, client development and adherence to compliance, as well as motivate and lead the team to continually improve fill rates.

The Person

Would ideally possess a proven track record of achievement within social care recruitment, as well as a good understanding of associated compliance and CSCI requirements. Candidates with experience of an associated market would also be considered as knowledge of recruitment fundamentals within a high quality environments are the most important factors. This position may suit an experienced Branch Manager who is seeking a new challenge or a Senior Consultant/Team leader who is looking for the next step in their career. The successful candidate must definitely possess enthusiasm, drive and passion for what they do, as well as being highly organised, able to problems solve and build positive working relationships with their team to motivate and lead for best performance.
