Account Manager Job, Healthcare - Newcastle/Glasgow, £25-30K

The Position

As part of the Healthcare Sales Team, the Northern/Scottish based Account Manager will be responsible for managing a large portfolio of NHS clients to ultimately ensure effective recruitment solutions and the long term profitability of the company. 

The Account Manager responsibilities include:

• Building strong working relationships with procurements hubs and individual NHS staffing departments
• Presentations and contract negotiations for local and national contracts
• Regular client visits to review company performance and improve fill rates
• Provision of contracted clients reports to internal and external stakeholder
• Liaising with internal sales to improve company results
• Constantly adopting a professional business approach to reflect the company brand and reputation. 

The Successful Candidate

Will ideally possess a proven track record of healthcare account management with a focus on the NHS, as well being able to self manage work loads due to the home based nature of the role.  The successful candidate must also be knowledgeable of working with public sector contracts, highly adept at influencing clients, managing expectations and being part of a presentation team.   Effective communication, strong relationship building skills and a human approach to sales are all qualities highly valued and in return the Account Manager will receive a competitive package, excellent training and development and the chance to work with a market leading team.
