The Role:

A
highly motivated and enthusiastic individual is now required to join a rapidly
expanding independent Education Recruitment Specialist.

The
Recruitment Consultant position involves generating new business with schools
in the Yorkshire region, establishing positive working relationships with
clients and teachers, managing the recruitment process, working to KPI’s and
interviewing teachers face to face.  In
addition to these duties the role also involves adhering to compliancy
requirements, the continual development of market knowledge and the proactive
management of both teacher recruitment and school marketing campaigns.

 

The Successful
Candidate:

 

Will
possess a proven track record of achievement within a field sales role or
outbound sales environment and be genuinely seeking a new challenge.   You must enjoy working to targets,
demonstrate the ability to prioritise and identify new opportunities as well as
hold excellent working relationships with clients.  Your communication skills will be first class
and you will enjoying working in a fast paced environment that requires
discipline and enthusiasm to succeed.

In

Branch
opens from 7.30am to 5.30pm during term time with a shift system to ensure all
business opportunities are seized, hours reduce during school holidays and 6
weeks leave is given, not to be taken in term time.
