As a Rec2Rec Consultant I can apply all my skills and knowledge to identify the specific needs of both Client and Candidate and for these reasons I love working at Cody with colleagues who are of a like mind. Following a prolonged academic career I joined the Inland Revenue as an Executive Officer. Four years later I was looking for a fresh challenge when a friend in recruitment suggested I give it a try. I started as a Researcher within an Executive Search and Selection organisation in order to learn the ropes and have now worked in recruitment for four years, predominantly specialising in the Financial Services arena at all levels to Director. I have recently joined Cody having originally approached the business as a candidate looking for a change of focus! From the outset I was incredibly impressed by the team’s professionalism and friendliness and I when they suggested that I might like to join them I leapt at the chance.
