Meet The Cody Team

 

When I left university in 1996 I really didn’t expect a career in Recruitment, in fact I didn’t really know what recruitment was.  A friend suggested to me that I apply for a position in recruitment and I ended up working for Medacs, one of the market leaders in healthcare and from there I have never looked back. 

Having worked in the fast paced environments of healthcare temps, I went on to work in Executive Search and it was here that I realised just how different recruitment sectors can be.  Since then I have managed large teams within medical recruitment, managed contracted clients in the supply of forensic medical services and ran my own business within FMCG.  Recruitment is fast paced, continuously challenging and offers a working environment that I thoroughly enjoy, it therefore makes perfect sense that I now work in Rec2Rec with a team that is as passionate about the business as me.
